Golden Toolbar Winner – Q1

Today we recognized outstanding performance from the first quarter of this year with the announcement of our “Golden Toolbar Award” winner. This award is presented quarterly to the employee(s) who achieved unprecedented results during the specific quarter. For 2012 Q1, our Golden Toolbar Award goes to Tom Patterson.

Tom joined FreeCause in the summer of 2009 as an Intern and from day one displayed the type of attitude, determination, and drive that made him an instant favorite among the entire team. Tom has grown tremendously over the years and last year transitioned into his new role of Sales Associate. Since joining the Sales team, Tom has been integral in helping coordinate lead generation efforts, researching and qualifying prospects, facilitating meetings, and presenting our solutions at tradeshows.

In Q1 of 2012 Tom closed his first two sales of his career and has recently helped close a third one. Tom has also enthusiastically assisted in the training of a new Sales Executive, further showcasing his knowledge of our technology, systems, and business model. Tom’s attitude and willingness to help in whatever way he can to make a difference embodies what a company looks for in an ideal employee. He is as deserving as any for our Golden Toolbar Award.
