Top Loyalty Programs of 2010
2010 proved to be a year in which the customer was a top priority. With the economy starting to make a comeback, loyalty programs became a great way to keep customers coming back to companies that provide them with lasting incentives. Here are just a few of some of our favorites from 2010:
Marriott- There are so many ways to earn with Marriott Rewards that it’s difficult not to earn with the company. Booking a conference room, renting a car, or even referring a friend can get you points that you can then redeem for rewards such as a $1,000 certificate toward a cruise- when and where you like, or a $250 Marriott Spa Experience Award Certificate. So get ready to relax! Sound interesting? Start earning your rewards with Marriott.
US Airways- The airline industry is finding new and creative ways to retain customers and US Airways is leading the way with their new Dividend Miles Shopping Mall. The mall provides seemingly endless deals on virtually every shopping necessity. Every dollar spent goes to air mileage with US Airways, leading to great deals on airfare as well. Get ready to fly with US. To learn more, check out the Dividend Miles Shopping Mall
Bank of America- The phrase, “get what you pay for” is no longer applicable. The WorldPoints program through Bank of America gives members points every time they shop with their card. Points can be redeemed for donations to a charity of your choice, air mileage, or our personal favorite; cash that can be put right back into your account. To earning points, go to Bank of America’s WorldPoints page
Foursquare- Social media does have ROI! While some people may not know about Foursquare yet, it is definitely one to watch in 2011. Social media savvy businesses are using the “check-in” capability to give customers great deals and discounts that will create a loyal base of followers. To “check-in”, you gotta check out foursquare.com
We can’t wait to see what 2011 has in store for loyalty programs. Who’s going to come up with a great new inventive way to keep customers coming back for more?
